WHY WE DO IT
We believe that character strengths in each of us, across cultures, religions, beliefs and races are what matter most in professional life.
We stand for justice and humanity, and we condemn marginalization, discrimination and oppression in all forms.
We strive to learn from the breadth and depth of the human experience, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, genetics. This perspective informs the approach to research, the content can be shared and the services are developed.
We improve well-being, increase happiness, strengthen relationships and greater capacity to manage adversity.

The majority of LGBTQΙ+ employees hide their identity at the workplace. This identity struggle has detrimental impacts on their health, happiness, and productivity, in addition to businesses’ talent retention and leadership development.
