WHERE

WHY
We aimed to inspire Greece's private sector, to drive change regarding LGBTQI+ diversity & inclusion in the workplace.

WHAT DOES "ALLY" MEAN TO YOU?
ALLY
/ˈALΛI/
A person who has a genuine, strong concern for the well-being of LGBTQI+ people. A person who supports and accepts LGBTQI+ people, and advocates for equal rights and fair treatment.
The majority of LGBTQΙ+ employees hide their identity at the workplace. This identity struggle has detrimental impacts on their health, happiness, and productivity, in addition to businesses’ talent retention and leadership development.
